We have a very clear process for welcoming new residents and their families to ensure that their well-being and comfort is at the heart of all that we do, whether you’re joining us for the first time, or you’ve stayed with us before.
When new residents moving in (or staff join us) the protocol we follow includes: –
– residents( and staff) are vaccinated before moving in
(or working in our homes.
– any new residents(or staff) coming into our homes have been tested for COVID-19.in advance and are negative

Personalised care planning
Personalised care planning and care delivery is at the heart of our service.
Our registered home managers welcome any questions you have about how care planning works and is delivered. This will answer any concerns you have about the life your loved one will live at the home and how the care package that evolves out of care planning will support them live a live of quality life and dignity.
At a practical level, we meet with your loved one and the family to profile their care needs, well being needs and ensure that we fully understand how we can support your loved ones to live a fulfilled life. This gets translated into a care plan which shows you how your loved ones personal, social, cultural and health needs will be met on an on going basis. We encourage family members to be actively involved in the care planning process
Moving into our care home
Our experienced team will collaborate with you to choose the most suitable day for moving in, offering support at each stage. The team will guide you on all the things that you can do to ensure a smooth transition, advising you on what to bring and always being available to answer your questions. On your first day, please feel free to bring family members to help you get comfortable in your new environment. Rest assured, our friendly staff will be on hand to assist and warmly welcome you to your new home.”
